About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Manager to join our team, supporting organisational growth, efficiency, and long-term financial planning in a dynamic manufacturing environment. As part of our collective of manufacturing companies, you will have the opportunity to work closely with senior leadership to shape financial strategy and operational direction.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee complete financial operations for multiple manufacturing entities
- Prepare financial statements and present management reports
- Lead annual budgeting processes
- Manage cash flow and ensure liquidity
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards
- Coordinate with external auditors
- Implement and monitor cost-control measures to support profitability
- Lead, mentor, and develop finance, payroll, and administrative staff
- Develop long-term financial strategies alongside senior management
- Identify and mitigate financial and operational risks
- Enhance financial systems and processes for improved accuracy and efficiency
- Serve as the primary financial contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Drive strategic financial planning and continuous operational improvement
- Oversee consolidation processes and automate cashflow reporting in Excel
- Integrate manufacturing and financial data for informed business decisions
Requirements
- BCom Degree / Honours
- 8-10 years’ experience within a manufacturing environment
- Advanced Excel proficiency
- Consolidations experience (advantageous)
