A well-established agriculture company, operating successfully for almost 30 years, is seeking a Financial Manager to join their dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the companys financial planning and management. If youre a motivated newly qualified CA(SA) ready to take on a challenging and rewarding finance role in the agriculture sector, apply today! Key Responsibilities: Prepare and oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting. Budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Drive process improvements and operational efficiency within finance. Manage day-to-day financial operations, including invoicing, transactions, and reconciliations. Collaborate with management to support business strategy and decision-making. Supervise and mentor finance staff as needed. Education and Experience: Newly qualified CA(SA) Completed SAICA articles

Job Description

A prestigious and diverse agricultural business is seeking a Chartered Accountant to join their team as a Financial Manager with a passion for the agri world and a strong commercial mindset. This is a hands-on role overseeing multiple entities within a dynamic, fast-paced environment that blends hospitality, manufacturing, and farming. You will play a pivotal role in driving financial integrity, optimising processes, and supporting strategic decisions that sustain growth and excellence. Key Responsibilities: Oversee full financial management across multiple operational divisions within the agricultural group Drive financial strategy, forecasting, and cash flow management to support business growth Prepare and review management accounts, budgets, and variance reports Ensure compliance with tax, audit, and statutory requirements Partner with senior leadership to provide financial insights that enhance decision making Job Experience and Skills Required: Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA(SA)) with a minimum of 4 years post-articles experience Proven experience within the agricultural or farming industry (exposure to multiple operations advantageous) Strong analytical, problem solving, and leadership skills Hands on and adaptable, with the ability to operate in a dynamic, multi-entity environment Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities Apply now!
