About the Role
Join our team at SydSen Recruit as a Fitness & Yoga Instructor and experience the best of South Africa’s wellness industry. We are seeking an experienced instructor to conduct yoga sessions and fitness classes for guests, promoting overall wellness and relaxation in a multicultural hospitality environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct yoga sessions and fitness classes for guests
- Offer personalised wellness and training advice
- Maintain cleanliness and setup of gym and wellness areas
- Promote wellness programmes, classes, and spa services
- Ensure guest safety and correct exercise techniques
Requirements
- 2+ years’ experience as a Fitness or Yoga Instructor
- Recognised fitness and/or yoga certification
- Strong communication and guest relation skills
- Experience in a multicultural hospitality environment
- Good English proficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, Sports Management, or related field (not specified)
- Relevant certifications in fitness or yoga instruction (recognized)
