About the Role

We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead our 5-star Luxury Boutique Hotel in White River, Mp Region. As a hands-on and passionate leader, you will be responsible for driving excellence across all areas of the business, ensuring exceptional service delivery to both local and international guests, while maximizing occupancy, revenue, and overall profitability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Full daily management of the property, ensuring all departments run seamlessly.
  • Driving occupancy, revenue, and yield strategies to meet financial targets.
  • Managing budgets, controlling costs, and analyzing P&L performance.
  • Overseeing reservations, sales, and maintaining strong relationships with travel agents.
  • Maintaining exceptional service standards and personally ensuring guest satisfaction.
  • Leading, motivating, and developing the staff to maintain a high-performance culture.
  • Managing food and beverage performance, including menu costing and quality control.
  • Overseeing maintenance, general property upkeep, and special projects.
  • Ensuring the property meets all legal, health, safety, and operational standards.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a General Manager or senior hospitality leadership role within a 4/5-star environment.
  • Strong financial and business skills with a focus on profitability.
  • Excellent staff management skills with a proactive, “lead by example” approach.
  • Strong understanding of revenue management and reservations systems.
  • Ability to work long hours, remain on standby when required, and reside on-site.
