About the Role

A leading medical diagnostics and laboratory services laboratory group is seeking a skilled and experienced Human Resources Manager to oversee their HR operations and payroll functions, joining a growing and dynamic team in the healthcare services sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives.
  • Oversee and manage the end-to-end payroll function, ensuring high accuracy, compliance with local tax laws, and timely processing.
  • Manage employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues, fostering a positive and compliant working environment.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process to secure top-tier clinical and administrative talent.
  • Oversee performance appraisal systems and ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management (labor laws, health and safety regulations).
  • Nurture a positive working environment and continuously refine internal HR policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Education: A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Industrial Psychology, or a highly related field.
