Minimum Requirements: FGASA NQF Level 4 certification Assistant Trails Guide qualification Actively pursuing Advanced Field Guide certification At least 3 years of relevant guiding experience Strong communication and training skills A passion for conservation and sharing knowledge about the African bush Key Responsibilities: Assist in the training and development of new guides to meet industry standards Mentor junior guides and provide ongoing feedback and support Conduct training sessions and practical field exercises Ensure guides are up to date with the latest safety protocols, guiding techniques, and regulations Help maintain training materials and update as needed Contribute to maintaining a high standard of guest experience and safety This role offers an exciting chance to contribute to the development of future field guides in an incredible safari destination.
