About the Role
A well-established national security solutions provider is seeking a high-performing Sales Executive to drive new business within their physical guarding division. The ideal candidate will be driven, target-focused, and thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across corporate, retail, and industrial sectors
- Conduct cold calling, prospecting, and client visits to build a strong pipeline
- Present tailored security solutions to potential clients
- Negotiate and close sales deals
- Maintain and grow client relationships for long-term value
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
Requirements
- 35 years external sales experience (essential)
- Proven track record in new business development
- Strong cold calling and prospecting ability
- Highly self-motivated with a competitive, target-driven mindset
- Professional presentation and communication skills
- Valid drivers license and own reliable vehicle

Salary & Benefits
Basic salary: R25,000 per month. Uncapped commission structure (high earning potential).
