About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Hotel Manager to join our 5-star boutique hotel in Johannesburg’s northern suburbs. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and driving operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage front-of-house operations, ensuring seamless service delivery
- Foster strong relationships with guests, colleagues, and suppliers
- Maintain high standards of attention to detail in all aspects of hotel operations
- Lead a team of staff, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration across departments
Requirements
- Expertise in hotel management and operations
- Strong guest relations and customer service skills
- Proven ability to work weekends and maintain a high level of energy and enthusiasm
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
Qualifications
- Formal education in hospitality, business, or related field (if applicable)
