Job Description Client is looking for a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the operations of their small, vibrant restaurant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring a high standard of service, managing staff, and optimizing the restaurants performance to enhance customer satisfaction and profitability. Key

Responsibilities:

Staff Management: Hire, train, schedule, and supervise restaurant staff. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback. Customer Service: Ensure excellent customer service is consistently delivered. Address and resolve customer complaints and concerns promptly. Monitor and respond to online reviews and feedback. Operational Oversight: Oversee daily operations, including opening and closing procedures. Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for customers and staff. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations. Financial Management: Manage budgets, monitor expenses, and optimize costs. Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance. Conduct inventory management and order supplies as needed. Menu and Quality Control: Work with chefs to develop and update menus. Ensure high standards of food quality and presentation. Implement and maintain portion control and waste reduction practices. Marketing and Community Engagement: Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract new customers.
