- Leading and managing the on-site team: Concierge and Housekeeping staff
- Maintaining immaculate presentation standards across all units and communal spaces; pool deck, lobbies, and shared facilities
- Proactive maintenance coordination, ensuring every unit is guest-ready, every fault is logged and resolved promptly
- Monthly owner reporting — occupancy, revenue performance, maintenance activity, and expense tracking
- Guest and investor communication — handling enquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and urgency
- Upholding brand standards and service philosophy across every touchpoint
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in property management, serviced apartments, or short-term letting operations — large-scale or multi-unit experience is essential
- At least 3 years in a General Manager or senior management role with full operational accountability
- Demonstrated experience managing investor/owner client relationships and onboarding new clients into a management portfolio
- A genuine, non-negotiable eye for detail, from a scuff on a wall to a poorly made bed, this person notices everything
- Strong team leadership, comfortable managing concierge and housekeeping staff on-site daily
- Solid working knowledge of short-term letting platforms (Airbnb, Apply Below) and property management systems (NightsBridge, Opera, or similar)
- Financially literate, able to produce owner reports, manage budgets, and track revenue and occupancy KPIs
