About the Role

We are seeking an LLB graduate to join our litigation team as an Articles Clerk. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent law graduate to gain practical experience in a fast-paced legal environment, working under the supervision of experienced attorneys.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage large volumes of litigation matters under supervision
  • Draft and prepare legal documents (pleadings, notices, affidavits, etc.)
  • Attend frequent court appearances and assist in litigation strategy
  • Liaise with clients, counsel, and court personnel
  • Maintain organised files and meet tight litigation deadlines

Requirements

  • Completed LLB degree
  • Fluent Afrikaans (spoken and written)
  • Valid drivers license and own reliable vehicle (business travel reimbursed)

  • Completed LLB degree

Salary & Benefits

  • Proposed salary for the role is R8,000 per month with all business travel reimbursed – the final offer will depend on qualifications, experience and skills.
