About the Role
We are seeking an LLB graduate to join our litigation team as an Articles Clerk. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent law graduate to gain practical experience in a fast-paced legal environment, working under the supervision of experienced attorneys.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage large volumes of litigation matters under supervision
- Draft and prepare legal documents (pleadings, notices, affidavits, etc.)
- Attend frequent court appearances and assist in litigation strategy
- Liaise with clients, counsel, and court personnel
- Maintain organised files and meet tight litigation deadlines
Requirements
- Completed LLB degree
- Fluent Afrikaans (spoken and written)
- Valid drivers license and own reliable vehicle (business travel reimbursed)

Salary & Benefits
- Proposed salary for the role is R8,000 per month with all business travel reimbursed – the final offer will depend on qualifications, experience and skills.
