About the Role
The Recruitment Pro is seeking an experienced and skilled Head of Engineering to lead our engineering team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in solar and power/utility, with a proven track record of balancing designs and costs.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement engineering strategies for solar and power/utility projects
- Lead a team of engineers to achieve project goals and objectives
- Balance design and cost considerations to ensure project profitability
- Collaborate with commercial teams to understand financial implications of project decisions
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering
- Extensive experience in solar and power/utility engineering
- Strong understanding of commercial and financial aspects of projects
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or higher degree in Electrical Engineering (Masters preferred)
Salary & Benefits
$150,000 – $170,000 NZD per annum
