About the Role
Award-winning boutique hotel in Bantry Bay is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join their team. As a key member of the maintenance department, you will be responsible for ensuring that all guest and staff areas are maintained to luxury standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out and supervise preventative and reactive maintenance across the property
- Ensure guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities are maintained to luxury standards
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests, prioritising guest comfort and safety
- Support and guide maintenance team members in daily tasks
- Coordinate approved external contractors when required
- Conduct routine inspections and maintain accurate maintenance records
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a maintenance or engineering role
- Proven technical knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general building maintenance
- Working knowledge of health and safety regulations
- High standard of workmanship and pride in the property
- Calm, professional, and solutions-focused approach
