About the Role

Sagen Advisory is recruiting on behalf of our client, a dynamic and forward-thinking accounting firm with an international footprint and a strong local presence. Our client’s team of 35 operates from offices in Cape Town, London, and Mossel Bay, with their founder leading from Ibiza. They specialize in providing comprehensive financial solutions to a diverse client base, from local businesses in the Garden Route to multinational corporations. Their mission is to blend global expertise with personalized, regional service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, schedule, and post content across the company’s key social media channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube)
  • Manage the content calendar to maintain a consistent presence and ensure all content aligns with the international brand strategy
  • Find and share the firm’s authentic stories from all three offices
  • Create and edit simple graphics using tools like Canva, and produce short-form videos
  • Actively monitor social media platforms, responding to comments and messages to build a strong online community
  • Track the performance of content using HubSpot and Google Analytics, and social media reporting tools
  • Manage and update contact lists, track marketing campaign performance, and help with basic email marketing tasks within the HubSpot platform
  • Serve as the liaison between the firm and its external partners (e.g., website developers, SEO consultants) to ensure all marketing efforts are aligned and supported across the board

Requirements

A recent graduate or someone with 1-2 years of experience in a marketing, communications, or content-focused role.

A passion for and familiarity with using social media platforms for business purposes.

Experience with HubSpot and Google Analytics is a significant advantage, especially with its marketing and CRM features. Familiarity with other social media management tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite) is also a plus.

Proficiency in content creation tools like Canva and other image/video editing tools.

Exceptional writing and communication skills in English and Afrikaans are a must.

Salary & Benefits

R8 000 R28 000 per month, depending on qualifications and years of experience.
