About the Role

We are seeking a Paid Media Manager to join our team at Talent Shore PTY Ltd, a performance marketing agency for hospitality, leisure, and live entertainment brands. As a Paid Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing full-funnel paid media strategies that align with the overall brand and objectives of our clients’ companies. You will work closely with clients to drive client success and retention, while also ensuring consistent standards and outcomes across all campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop full-funnel paid media strategies that align with the overall brand and objectives of our Companys clients.
  • Oversee the planning, build, launch, testing, and optimisation of paid media campaigns to achieve the best possible CPAs and maximise ROAS, ensuring consistent standards and outcomes.
  • Lead on account management and client relationships, including client communication, to drive client success and retention.
  • Assist with the briefing, review and approval of marketing materials to ensure consistency with brand guidelines.
  • Distribute approved marketing content to internal teams, partners, and external suppliers as required.
  • Measure campaign success and ensure performance is tracked effectively against ROI and key performance indicators, with clear insights and recommendations driving continuous improvement.
  • Conduct regular self-audits and implement robust quality control processes across all campaigns, tracking, and reporting to ensure accuracy, consistency, and high performance standards before any work is shared internally or with clients.
  • Prepare and submit weekly reports by close of business every Monday, summarising key insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Drive a proactive, testing-first approach across all paid media activity by developing clear experimentation roadmaps, continuously analysing results, and feeding learnings back into strategy to maximise performance and unlock new growth opportunities.
  • Research industry trends, platform updates, and competitor activity to inform strategy, and client recommendations.
  • Monitor email and Slack communications to ensure timely responses to Company team members and clients.

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience managing paid media campaigns (Meta, TikTok, Google).
  • Refined communication skills clear, confident and client-facing.
  • Strategic thinker with creative instincts and strong problem-solving ability.
  • Experience working in fast-paced agency environments.
  • Ability to turn data into insights, and insights into action.
  • Warmth, emotional intelligence, and a human-first approach.
  • Calm under pressure and proactive when things change fast.
  • Highly organised, structured and reliable.
