About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Pre-Sales Engineer to join our team in Seoul, South Korea. As a key member of our sales team, you will provide pre-sales technical support for logistics automation and intelligent manufacturing solutions, working closely with customers to analyze their requirements and design technical solutions. If you have a strong background in logistics automation and excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities

  • Pre-sales technical support and solution design
  • Customer requirement analysis and technical proposal preparation
  • Product demonstrations and technical presentations
  • Support sales activities and solution delivery
  • Technical training for internal teams and partners

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Automation, Logistics, or related fields
  • 3 years of experience in logistics automation, ERP/WMS solutions, e-commerce systems, or technical consulting
  • Strong solution design, communication, and presentation skills
  • Willingness to work overseas or travel long-term
  • Fluent in Korean and Chinese (English is a plus)

  • Pre-sales experience in logistics or intelligent manufacturing automation
