About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Director of Food and Beverage to join our luxury international hotel group based in Cape Town. This is a senior leadership role suited to an innovative, commercially astute professional with a passion for delivering world-class guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategic direction of all F&B operations across multiple outlets
  • Drive revenue growth, profitability, and cost control initiatives
  • Curate exceptional, trend-forward dining concepts aligned with brand standards
  • Oversee service excellence, ensuring a consistently elevated guest experience
  • Manage, mentor, and inspire a diverse F&B team
  • Collaborate closely with Executive Chef & senior leadership
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, & luxury service standards
  • Build strong supplier & stakeholder relationships

Requirements

  • This position is not open to expats
  • You’ll be a results-driven Food & Beverage Director with extensive experience leading multi-outlet operations, driving revenue growth, & delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Proven expertise in strategic planning, cost control, menu development, & team leadership across hotels, resorts, or standalone dining groups.
  • You’ll be adept at optimising operational efficiency, ensuring compliance with food safety standards, & building high-performing teams that consistently exceed quality & profitability goals.
