Key Responsibilities
- Close deals and build career as a sales agent
- Rent properties and manage client relationships as a rental agent
- Meet performance targets and participate in regular reviews
Requirements
- NQF Level 4 Real Estate Certificate (Compulsory)
- PDE 4 Qualification is a plus
- Strong people skills and professional image
- Drive, resilience, and network to become self-sufficient quickly
Qualifications
NQF Level 4 Real Estate Certificate (Compulsory) is required. PDE 4 Qualification is an added advantage.
Salary & Benefits
Base salary: R5,000 per month
Performance review: 3 months
Top performers move into higher commission salary tiers plus option for start-up franchise after probational term 12 months
