About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Regional Manager to lead our Business Unit, driving growth and revenue through strategic planning, leadership, and support of the team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Sales and Marketing Management, with a proven track record of success in managing teams and driving business results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee the Business Unit to ensure profitability and growth
  • Plan and execute strategies to drive sales performance and revenue growth
  • Support and lead the team to achieve key performance areas
  • Develop and implement business development plans to drive growth
  • Ensure effective governance and stakeholder management
  • Lead people management initiatives to optimize team performance
  • Manage financial resources to ensure optimal business outcomes

Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Sales and Marketing Management or related fields (NQF 7)
  • Advantageous Bachelor’s Honours Degree in Sales and Marketing Management or related fields (NQF 8)
  • 6-8 years experience in Sales and Marketing within the Manufacturing environment
  • 3 years of supervisory level experience
  • Computer Literacy (MS Office Suite; SAP, ERP Systems, Salesforce) and job-specific software systems
  • Knowledge of relevant Sales and Marketing Processes and Practices
