About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Finance Controller to join our team in Angola, Africa. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end financial reporting and ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end financial reporting and ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements
- Lead month-end and year-end closing processes with accuracy and timeliness
- Provide strategic financial insights and analysis to support business decision-making
- Manage audits, tax filings, and interactions with external auditors and tax authorities
- Develop and maintain robust internal controls and financial systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial performance and operational efficiency
- Mentor and guide junior finance team members to ensure high standards of performance
Requirements
We are looking for a CA Qualified / CA Inter professional with 10+ years of experience in the Retail or Pharma Distribution industry.
