About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Receptionist to join our team at a 5* lodge in the Western Cape. As the lead receptionist, you will be responsible for overseeing the front office operations and managing a team of two receptionists.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Reception Desk and ensure seamless guest experiences
- Supervise and train two receptionists to deliver exceptional service
- Provide superior guest services and respond to guest inquiries in a professional manner
- Maintain accurate records and perform administrative tasks as required
Requirements
- Matric
- Hospitality qualification
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a 5* game lodge in front office supervisory role
- Excellent communication skills, bubbly and outgoing personality
- Fluent English
- Drivers licence and own vehicle essential must be accustomed to living in a remote environment
