Responsibilities Deliver a personalized, consistent wine experience for guests Report to the General Manager and Premium Wine Department Travel between luxury hospitality lodges Pair wines based on menus and guest preferences Host wine tastings and provide recommendations Engage comfortably with repeat guests Manage cellar stock and bulk wine facilities Handle sales, invoicing, and admin Communicate with operational hospitality departments Transfer and replenish wine stock Train and support staff development Perform additional tasks as required in a multi‑skilled luxury hospitality environment Requirements Sommelier qualification (e.g., Cape Wine Diploma or WSET Level 3) Hospitality and guest service experience Strong computer literacy (MS Office; MS Project advantageous) Excellent email etiquette and communication Detail‑oriented with strong organizational skills Leadership and sales ability Physically fit; resilience and stamina Professional, neat, and approachable presentation Valid driver’s license South African citizenship or valid work visa · Salary: Market Related | Learn more about our compensation philosophy on our Company Profile · Live-in Start Date: ASAP
