About the Role

We are seeking an admitted attorney to assume a dynamic leadership role within a fast-paced legal environment, where they will shape team performance, empower colleagues, and drive exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise File Handlers, managing performance, workloads, and attendance effectively.
  • Drive financial performance through diligent billing oversight.
  • Lead team engagement, productivity, and ensure compliance with contracted hours.
  • Provide training, coaching, and conduct regular performance reviews.
  • Support recruitment activities and collaborate closely with the Management Team.
  • Conduct file reviews and audits to maintain high-quality case management standards.

Requirements

  • Admitted Attorney with a minimum of two years post-qualification experience.
  • Previous management experience and operational knowledge are advantageous.
  • Highly organised, with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communicator, with experience engaging senior stakeholders considered beneficial.
