About the Role
We are seeking an admitted attorney with a strong leadership background to assume a dynamic Team Leader role within our fast-paced legal environment. As a key member of our team, you will shape team performance, empower colleagues, and drive exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise File Handlers, managing performance, workloads, and attendance effectively.
- Drive financial performance through diligent billing oversight.
- Lead team engagement, productivity, and ensure compliance with contracted hours.
- Provide training, coaching, and conduct regular performance reviews.
- Support recruitment activities and collaborate closely with the Management Team.
- Conduct file reviews and audits to maintain high-quality case management standards.
Requirements
- Admitted Attorney with a minimum of two years post-qualification experience.
- Previous management experience and operational knowledge are advantageous.
