Job Description
Our client is looking for a well-established individual who is an excellent sales person, candidate must have extended technical and commercial knowledge of products. The work is carried out either in the office or on location in the allocated export countries (area). Candidate will have to travel more than 100 days per annum, this is expected by the client. Sales target to be achieved through distributors in the designated area: EUR 6 -10 million (Aspiration)
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Promotion of the company to Consulting Engineers, Architects, Municipalities, Contractors and Investors
• Organization and co-ordination of seminars, exhibitions participation and training
• Identify business opportunities for products and present a convincing technical solution to potential customers
• Identify business leads and second them to relevant persons in the designated territory
• Present, promote and sell products using technically solid arguments to existing and prospective customer
• Support distributors to achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
• Supply management with weekly and report on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities and potential for new products and services
• Develop a daily work schedule for cold calling, visiting existing customers and promoting our products in the market
• Maintain relationships with clients through personal contact via meetings, telephones and by providing support and excellent service
• Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending approved educational workshops, reviewing professional publications and participating in professional societies
• Display efficiency in gathering market and customer information to enable negotiations regarding pricing, delivery and meeting customer specifications.
• Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing /potential customers to meet their needs.
• Provide accurate feedback on future buying trends to the business
• Analyze the territory potential, track relevant projects and provide weekly and monthly status reports.
• Gather all necessary information from team members when dealing with common customers to maintain consistency.

Education and Experience Requirements
- Minimum a Degree level or equivalent
- Desirable – Technical degree plus sales diploma
- Good understanding of the construction industry
- Good selling experience in project type environment
