About the Role
GMI Advisory is seeking an experienced Test Analyst to join our team, responsible for ensuring the quality of our cloud services and APIs. The successful candidate will identify defects in the production process, recommend corrective actions, and ensure that user expectations are met during testing.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and remedy defects within the production process.
- Ensure all business requirements are covered in the solution as per business expectations.
- Recommend, implement and monitor preventative and corrective actions to ensure that quality assurance standards are achieved.
- Ensure that user expectations are met during the testing process.
- Draft quality assurance policies and procedures.
- Investigate customer complaints and product issues.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in testing cloud services/APIs for performance and load testing.
- Proven work experience as a Quality Analyst or similar role.
- Experience in quality inspection, auditing and testing.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong computer skills and knowledge of QA databases and applications.
Qualifications
IT DIPLOMA OR DEGREE
