Job Description

? ?? ??????????? ??????????? is assisting a conservation-led safari operator in sourcing a senior, performance-driven ??????? ??????? ???????. This is a high-impact executive role reporting directly to the CEO, requiring a seasoned safari industry professional with extensive operational expertise, strong financial acumen, and a proven ability to lead high-performing teams in remote environments. The successful candidate will combine commercial discipline with a genuine commitment to conservation and community engagement, ensuring tourism operations remain sustainable, innovative, and aligned with long-term restoration goals. In this capacity, you will take full responsibility for daily tourism operations across accommodation, food and beverage, guest services, maintenance, and safari activities. The role demands strong systems implementation capability, disciplined operational structure, and the ability to deliver world-class guest experiences within a logistically complex and evolving safari destination. ???????????? Minimum 10 years senior leadership experience within the safari tourism industry Demonstrated experience in remote wilderness lodge management Proven ability to design and implement safari operational systems and SOPs Strong financial management and budgeting expertise Experience managing seasonal safari operations and logistics Exceptional leadership, organisational, and communication skills Strong commitment to conservation, sustainability, and community engagement Passion for living and working in wild, remote environments ??? ???????????????? Provide strategic and operational leadership across all tourism operations Implement and refine safari-specific SOPs and performance standards Oversee seasonal safari logistics, including camp build/deconstruction and fleet management Drive financial sustainability through budgeting, forecasting, and cost management Build and nurture high-performance teams in a remote environment Maintain guest safety, service excellence, and quality assurance standards Monitor guest feedback and operational performance metrics Align tourism operations with conservation and community objectives ??????
