Procurement Officer

Industry: Automotive
Location: Springs
Responsibilities:
Oversee and ensure company has sufficient stock to fulfil its customers demands.
Determine stock shortages and needs by consulting NetStock, SAP and Sales managers Manage delivery schedules and process daily orders by following the weekly schedule from suppliers
Manage excess orders between branches
Find alternative suppliers when suppliers are unable to supply the required stock
Follow up on and expedite on bulk orders with suppliers
Maintain NetStock, SAP and online system
Rotate stock accordingly by checking Dead Stock
Reports and transferring excess to needed branches
Skills & Knowledge:
Computer literate
Good communication and collaboration abilities
Education:
Matric Non-Negotiable
Exposure to procurement training beneficial
Experience:
1-3 years procurement experience
Experience working with Automotive product or stock beneficial
Reports:
Report to General Manager
Remuneration Package:
R 20,000.00 Gross
