About the Role
As a Senior Quality Auditor at G-Core Capital, you will be responsible for leading our Integrated Business Management Systems (IBMS) department, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to implement and monitor quality management systems, processes, and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead in departmental interface at all levels, with support activities provided in areas including but not limited to document control, training (quality related), internal & external audit.
- Ensure documentation compliance to all applicable regulations, legal requirements and standards (IATF 16949/ISO 9001; Environmental ISO 14001; and Health & Safety ISO 45001).
- Lead and coordinate the development and continuous improvement of Integrated Business Management Systems (IBMS).
- Conduct audits both systems and process and ensure timeous closure of findings.
- Ensure implementation and monitoring of all QMS processes and procedures as per latest CSR and IAFT 16949:2016.
- Manage and control failure Management System and establishment of root cause of failure and report back to Quality.
