About the Role
A results-driven Sales Manager role is required for a luxury 5-star hotel in Cape Town, responsible for driving revenue growth and building strong client relationships across corporate, leisure, and MICE segments.
Key Responsibilities
• Proactively source, develop, and maintain key accounts across MICE, leisure, and corporate markets
• Achieve and exceed sales targets through strategic account management and networking
• Build and implement effective sales strategies to maximise revenue and market share
• Conduct client meetings, site inspections, trade shows, and industry networking events
• Manage client entertainment and relationship-building initiatives
• Collaborate closely with operations and events teams to ensure seamless guest and client experiences
• Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis reports
• Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities
Requirements
• 3–5 years’ experience in hotel sales (luxury hospitality preferred)
• Proven success across MICE, corporate, and leisure markets
• Established industry network (local and international advantageous)

No formal education or certifications are required for this role.
