About the Role
We are seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our luxury lodge team in Mpumalanga. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will be responsible for creating unforgettable experiences that leave a lasting impression.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival
- Manage front-office operations, including check-in/check-out and room assignments
- Provide exceptional guest relations and respond to queries in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate records and reports using computer software
- Work effectively under pressure to resolve problems and provide solutions
Requirements
- Matric / NQF Level 4 qualification
- At least 23 years of experience in a high-end lodge or hospitality environment (essential)
- Hospitality qualification (advantageous)

Salary & Benefits
Live-in position with a salary range of R5,000 to R6,000 per month.
