Stellenbosch: Assistant Winemaker

Minimum Requirements: Grade 12 Relevant degree or diploma in Winemaking Minimum 5 years winemaking experience in a similar environment Excellent wine tasting and record-keeping skills Strong communication skills and attention to detail Valid drivers licence Duties and Responsibilities: Prepare and manage wine samples for tastings, clients, tenders, and approvals Assist with wine blending and sensorial evaluation Set up and facilitate internal and client tastings Maintain accurate records, specifications, and technical documentation Support Quality Management Systems (QMS), GMP, and compliance requirements Ensure housekeeping, health, and safety standards are maintained PLEASE NOTE : Thank you for your interest in this position, we will review and be in touch if you are suitable.
