REQUIREMENTS: Must be fluent in English and have strong communication and interpersonal skills A minimum of 4 years of luxury hotel experience Mixologist and WSET/CWA certification advantageous Must be guest-focused and service orientated at all times Confident and hands-on Ability to conduct regular stock-takes Fully computer literate and analytically skilled Flexible with working hours and must be physically fit Ability to handle multiple tasks and problem-solving in a high-pressure environment Must have strong leadership capabilities This is a live-out role. ð??Location: Western Cape, Stellenbosch Click on the IMAGE for more information and to submit an application online
