About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team at The Berry Guest Farm in Swellendam. As a key member of our administrative support, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service while assisting with general office tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors, guests, and clients
- Manage reception area, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining a welcoming environment
- Perform various administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and photocopying
- Provide general support to the office team, including preparing documents and materials for meetings and events
- Maintain accurate records and databases, as required
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Organized and detail-oriented with excellent time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Previous experience in a reception or administrative role is an advantage
Qualifications
- No specific qualifications are required for this role; however, a Matric certificate is preferred.
