About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Canvassing Agent to join our team at Just Property Amanzimtoti. As a key member of our sales and rental team, you will be responsible for sourcing new landlords and sellers through consistent outbound calling and canvassing targeted areas.
Key Responsibilities
- High-volume outbound calls daily
- Canvassing targeted areas to identify property owners
- Sourcing new rental and sales listings
- Feeding qualified leads directly into the sales & rental team
- Consistently working until results are achieved with no hand-holding
Requirements
- Extremely self-motivated and disciplined
- Comfortable being on the phone all day
- Able to work independently without supervision
- Target-driven with thick skin and resilience
- Clear, confident communication skills
- Previous canvassing or call-centre experience is a strong advantage
- Real estate experience beneficial, but not required
