About the Role
Join our team as a Sous Chef at Wild Dreams Hospitality, where you’ll be responsible for supporting our Executive Chef in menu planning and food preparation, while ensuring every dish meets the highest standards of taste and presentation. Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Head Chef in implementing kitchen standards
- Co-manage all administrative departmental duties (staff files, off-day schedule, hygiene standards etc.)
- Maintain stock controls, ordering processes, and stock rotation
- Proactively maintain all kitchen equipment
- Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication across all departments
Requirements
- At least 3-5+ years of Sous level experience within a luxury safari establishment (preferred)
- A formal culinary qualification
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
