Candidate Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie, ideally in luxury hospitality.
• Ability to manage all kitchen operations, including creative menu planning, food presentation, stock control, costing, and health & safety.
• Live-in position with en-suite room, meals, uniform, and laundry service.
• Work Cycle: 3 weeks on, 1 week off, plus 21 days annual leave.
