About the Role
Oostelike Personeel Konsultante, a well-established and large Multi Franchise Dealership, is seeking an experienced Commercial Vehicle Service Manager to join their Tzaneen branch. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, managing, and monitoring of the Commercial Vehicle department activities and processes to maximize customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and manage Commercial Vehicle department activities and processes
- Monitor customer service levels and implement improvements
- Manage team of service technicians and support staff
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
Requirements
- Matric (Grade 12)
- Driver’s license
- At least 5 years’ experience in a Commercial Vehicle Service Manager role in an automotive environment
- Organization, financial, sales process, and management skills and experience
- Vision to lead and grow individuals
- Excellent communication skills
- Computer literate

- Automotive Industry Experience ESSENTIAL

Salary & Benefits
