Job Description

Job Requirements: Minimum National Diploma Electrical Engineering 3 years experience in Drawings/Design within the Manufacturing environment. Understanding / interpretation of Electrical drawings as well as electrical installations. Knowledge of relevant Production Processes. Computer Literacy (MS Office Suite and applicable discipline-specific software programs). Job Duties: To provide engineering support services to contribute to the achievement of operational targets, whilst striving for optimal availability and safety within own area of responsibility. Drafting of new electrical drawings ISO 50001 compliance Tracking and updating of any changes to electrical drawings as required Work schedules and documentation compliant with applicable specifications and standards. Prepares detailed presentations for Senior design engineer to review. Drives and oversees project design from start to implementation phase. Cost saving initiatives presented and implemented. Technologies and developments researched and benchmarked.
