About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Warranty Clerk to join our team in the West Rand area. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in managing warranty claims, resolving customer queries, and ensuring seamless communication with internal teams and clients.

Key Responsibilities

Submit and manage warranty claims according to dealer and manufacturer standards
Invoice warranty and cash job cards accurately
Follow up on payments, shortfalls, and claim approvals
Tag, track, and return warranty parts to manufacturers
Liaise with internal teams and clients to resolve warranty and service queries

Requirements

Previous experience in automotive warranty administration or claims management
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Proficiency in systems such as Pastel, Salesforce, TMS, or similar
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Qualifications

No formal education required.
