About the Role

Persona Staff, a leading recruitment agency, is seeking an experienced B2B Sales Representative to join our team in the Western Cape. As a sales professional, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, generating sales through proactive outreach, and building strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned market segments
Generate sales through proactive outreach, including cold calling and face-to-face client engagement
Promote and sell service agreements (once-off and contract-based) as well as fire safety–related products and systems
Build, manage, and maintain strong client relationships
Prepare and present quotations and proposals in line with company guidelines
Manage sales pipeline activity and provide accurate forecasting
Maintain sound knowledge of products, industry trends, and competitor activity
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure effective service delivery and client satisfaction
Manage time, priorities, and deliverables effectively in a target-driven environment
Travel as required to support sales and business development activities

Requirements

Proven sales experience within a technical, service, or solutions-driven environment
Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and within a team
Good organisational and time-management skills
Computer literacy (MS Office)
Valid driver’s licence and reliable transport
Willingness to travel when required
Resilient, self-motivated, and results-oriented mindset

Qualifications
