About the Role
To lead continuous improvement in a manufacturing environment, we are seeking an experienced senior leader with a proven track record of transformation and project management. As a Continuous Improvement Plant Lead at NDC Personnel, you will be responsible for driving process improvements, leading teams, and implementing strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage projects from initiation to completion
- Lead cross-functional teams to drive process improvements
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance manufacturing efficiency

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial), Supply Chain, or Business
- At least 3 years of experience in a senior leadership role in a manufacturing environment
- Proven track record of transformation and project management
- Knowledge of manufacturing and supply chain processes
