About the Role
The E-Commerce Executive Assistant will provide critical support to Kinesis Holdings’ e-commerce operations, ensuring seamless day-to-day management of our online presence. This role is perfect for a detail-oriented and organized individual with excellent IT skills and strong communication abilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Update and maintain product listings on the Magento e-commerce platform.
- Support website merchandising to optimise customer experience and sales.
- Upload new products and create categories on the website.
- Generate and compile reports on e-commerce trading performance.
- Analyse and report on product sales performance.
- Assist with additional e-commerce and administrative tasks as required.
Requirements
- Degree in Marketing or a related field (preferred).
- At least 1 year experience listing products on a Magento web platform.
- Strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.).
- Excellent written English and communication skills.
- High attention to detail and strong organisational ability.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
- Team player with the ability to collaborate across departments.
