About the Role
Time Personnel is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Education Sales Executive to join their team in Cape Town. As an Education Sales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting the institution’s brand, building relationships with students, parents, and stakeholders, and driving application, registration, and enrolment targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging presentations at schools, career expos, and events to promote our institution and connect with prospective students
- Build relationships with students, parents, and key stakeholders, generating interest and enquiries
- Proactively contact prospective students, schedule interviews, and provide guidance throughout the enrolment journey
- Conduct professional student interviews and assist applicants with the online application process
- Drive application, registration, and enrolment targets through effective follow-up and relationship management
- Maintain accurate records, update CRM systems, and ensure all student documentation is complete and compliant
- Contribute to campus growth by supporting recruitment campaigns and achieving individual and team targets
Requirements
- Matric and Degree essential with 1 – 2 years sales / customer service experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with students, parents and stakeholders
- Own vehicle essential
- Ability to deliver confident compelling presentations at schools is crucial
- Friendly, tenacious, and target-driven mindset with exceptional organisational abilities
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
