This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified finance professional who enjoys partnering with the business, driving financial performance, and playing a key role in strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the budgeting and forecasting process across the business
- Analyse financial performance and provide detailed variance analysis and commentary
- Deliver accurate and insightful management reporting
- Partner with operational stakeholders to support business performance and decision-making
- Monitor financial trends and identify opportunities for improvement
- Ensure financial controls, processes, and reporting standards are maintained
- Support strategic planning and financial modelling initiatives
- Assist with month-end and year-end reporting requirements
Requirements:
- Completed CIMA qualification or registered CA(SA)
- Proven experience in a Financial Manager, Finance Business Partner, or similar commercial finance role
- Industry open but experience in Asset management would be beneficial
- Strong budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis experience
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills
- Advanced Excel skills and experience working with financial systems
- Ability to communicate financial information clearly to both finance and non-finance stakeholders
