Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the merchandising team with order processing and customer requirements
- Liaise with production, procurement, and sales departments to ensure smooth workflow
- Track orders, deliveries, and production timelines
- Prepare quotations, purchase orders, and merchandising documentation
- Coordinate fabric, trims, branding, and garment specifications
- Follow up on customer queries, amendments, and approvals
- Maintain accurate records of stock, samples, and product information
- Assist with planning and monitoring production schedules
- Support with costing, range development, and product administration
- Ensure all orders are aligned with quality and delivery standards
Minimum Requirements:
- Previous experience in a merchandising, clothing, textile, or manufacturing support role advantageous
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Good communication skills and ability to liaise with clients and suppliers professionally
- Computer literate with good Excel and administrative skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of garments, fabrics, trims, or production processes advantageous
- A proactive attitude with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Remuneration
R10 000 – R12 000 CTC
