We are recruiting a Growth Coordinator to support client engagement and commercial expansion across all three companies. This is a front-line role. You will manage pipelines, engage prospects, introduce our solutions, and keep momentum high across multiple client cycles. You will work directly with leadership and represent the business in every interaction. The role demands energy, discipline, and a strong instinct for structured follow-through.Key Responsibilities-Manage and advance all incoming leads with clarity and urgency-Hold conversations with prospects and articulate our offerings with confidence-Coordinate meetings, demos, and follow-ups across financial and technology verticals-Build stable client relationships through consistent, high-quality communicationRequirements-Strong verbal and written communication-Professional presence and a confident engagement style-Organised, disciplined, and able to drive multiple workstreams at pace-Commercial awareness and comfort working in client-facing environments-Experience in microlending, insurance, technology, or business development is an advantage-Fluent in English and Afrikaans – additional South African languages are an advantage in client work-Proficient in Microsoft Office, Teams, CRM systems, and digital communication tools-Reliable transport and a proactive approach to travel for client work.
