About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Growth Coordinator to join our team and drive commercial expansion across all three companies. This is a front-line role that requires energy, discipline, and a strong instinct for structured follow-through. You will manage pipelines, engage prospects, introduce our solutions, and keep momentum high across multiple client cycles.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and advance all incoming leads with clarity and urgency
Hold conversations with prospects and articulate our offerings with confidence
Coordinate meetings, demos, and follow-ups across financial and technology verticals
Build stable client relationships through consistent, high-quality communication

Requirements

Strong verbal and written communication
Professional presence and a confident engagement style
Organised, disciplined, and able to drive multiple workstreams at pace
Commercial awareness and comfort working in client-facing environments
Experience in microlending, insurance, technology, or business development is an advantage
Fluent in English and Afrikaans – additional South African languages are an advantage in client work
