Duties and Responsibilities:
- Quality Assurance (QA):
- Develop, implement, and maintain QA processes and procedures.
- Conduct inspections and quality checks on processes and products.
- Write and update SOPs, collaborate with production teams for issue resolution.
- Monitor and report on quality performance data.
- Ensure compliance with standards, regulations, and policies.
- Provide training to staff, investigate customer complaints, and conduct audits.
- Perform sporadic production checks and follow through on HSE improvements.
- Health, Safety & Environment (HSE):
- Develop, implement and maintain HSE policies in line with ISO standards.
- Conduct risk assessments, lead incident investigations, and organize safety drills.
- Conduct HSE training programs, ensuring the proper use of PPE and safety protocols.
- Regulatory Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with local and national HSE regulations. Maintain records and permits.
- Stay updated with fire codes, environmental legislation, and industry practices.
