To succeed in this role, you should have 4 – 8 years of HR Generalist experience and a relevant qualification in HR or Industrial Relations. Exposure to an operational or manufacturing-type environment is essential. Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment, will also be valuable.
