About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team in Cape Town. As an administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our clients and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage reports, scheduling, and general office coordination
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with high attention to detail
  • Provide excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and colleagues
  • Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and other office duties

Requirements
