Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and customer-focused Service Delivery / Order Management Coordinator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced telecoms environment and is passionate about delivering an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end order processing and service delivery

  • Review and scrutinise customer contracts
  • Place and track orders via CRM systems within agreed SLAs
  • Provide regular progress updates and reporting to customers and internal teams
  • Coordinate with suppliers and customers to ensure smooth service delivery
  • Conduct testing and activation of services
  • Handle fault resolution and escalations effectively
  • Set up and manage new customer accounts
  • Support business development initiatives where required
  • Maintain accurate tracking of all orders and service updates

  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Excellent organisation and multi-tasking ability
  • Professional, customer-centric approach with good telephone manner
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure

Experience & Qualifications

  • Telecoms industry experience (advantageous but not essential – full training provided)
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • ITIL Foundation (V3 or V4) – advantageous but not required

Salary and Working Hours

  • Competitive salary package based on experience and qualifications
  • UK working hours – this is not a remote position; office is based in Milnerton, Western Cape.
