About the Role
Business Recruitment Services is seeking a skilled Draughtsman / Architectural Technologist to join our team in Vanderbijlpark. The ideal candidate will have experience with Revit, council submissions, and XA knowledge, and be detail-oriented with excellent technical drawing skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate architectural drawings and documentation using Revit
- Produce council submission drawings and documentation
- Assist with XA applications and submission processes
- Develop technical detailing and construction drawings
- Coordinate drawings with consultants and other disciplines
- Ensure drawings comply with municipal regulations and building standards
- Update and maintain drawing records and project documentation
- Attend project and site meetings when required
- Assist with revisions and amendments throughout project stages
Requirements
- Skills in Revit
- Experience with council submissions
- Knowledge of XA applications and processes
- Strong technical drawing skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Qualifications
- Formal education in Draughting, Architecture, or related field (e.g. National Diploma/Degree)
- Relevant certifications (e.g. RIBA, SABDA)
