About the Role

As a SAP Hybris Developer at Barratt and Co, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing SAP Hybris Commerce solutions for retail clients. You will work closely with business stakeholders to understand digital commerce and customer experience requirements, and collaborate with technical teams, architects, and project managers on delivery programmes.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in the design and implementation of SAP Hybris Commerce solutions for retail clients
• Work with business stakeholders to understand digital commerce and customer experience requirements
• Support the configuration, development and optimisation of SAP Hybris platforms
• Collaborate with technical teams, architects and project managers on delivery programmes
• Contribute to solution design discussions and client workshops
• Assist with testing, deployment and continuous improvement of commerce solutions
• Support integration between SAP Hybris and other enterprise platforms, including SAP systems

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field
• Experience working with SAP Hybris Commerce or related digital commerce platforms
• Opportunities available for junior, mid level and senior consultants
• Understanding of retail, ecommerce or digital commerce environments advantageous
• Experience working in project delivery or consulting environments beneficial
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills
• Good communication skills and the ability to engage with both technical teams and business stakeholders
